The Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. (SCFI) is one of the eleven residency training institutions accredited by the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). It is the second residency training program to be approved by the PDS. The PDS, in turn, is the only specialty society for Dermatology accredited by the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP).

SCFI Dermatology Residency Application for 2019

SCFI Dermatology Residency Training is now accepting applicants for the year 2019!

Application Requirements

Please provide 4 copies each of the following documents:

1. Application Form (To be downloaded from our website)**

2. Passport-size Picture (Please attach to Application Form)

3. Transcript of Records (Photocopy)

4. Diploma (Photocopy)

5. Board Certificate (Photocopy)***

6. Class Ranking

7. Recommendation Letters/References (From 3 doctors who know you well)**

 

Place a copy of each of the above-mentioned documents into 4 separate long brown envelopes with your name labeled on the upper left corner (with the exception of the Recommendation Letters) and submit to the Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. (1611, Medical Plaza Ortigas, San Miguel Avenue, San Antonio Village, Pasig). Recommendation Letters should be mailed directly to the above-mentioned address.

***For 2018 Physician Licensure Examinees, you may submit your board certificate at a later date once available

 

Deadline of Submission is on September 28, 2018

Interview will be on September 29, 2018
