On January 22, 2025, SCFI residents attended the Acne Surgery and Chemical Peel Workshop held at the Medical Plaza Ortigas. A sincere thank you to Dr. Enrizza Pua Factor for generously sharing her expertise and allowing our first-year residents to gain invaluable learning opportunities, while the senior residents were also able to refresh their skills and ask the questions they've been eager to explore. Your dedication to teaching and your genuine support of everyone's growth truly made a difference, and we're all incredibly grateful! 💆‍♀️💫

   

Skin Week 2024

The Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. proudly participated in "Skin Week 2024 - Kalusugan sa Balat, Tugon ng PDS sa Lahat," last November 29 2024, a meaningful initiative by the Philippine Dermatological Society dedicated to promoting skin health awareness across the community.

As part of this incredible event, we held short lay-fora lectures to educate on skin health and provided free consultations to those in need. It was a day filled with learning, service, and heartfelt connections with the community.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the doctors and consultants who generously gave their time and expertise, and to the Philippine Dermatological Society for spearheading this impactful project. Through initiatives like this, we are reminded of the importance of coming together to serve and give back to the community. 💙
