World Psoriasis Day 2023

On October 29, 2023, SCFI Psoriasis Club members, together with consultants and residents, attended the “World Psoriasis Day 2023: Access for All” held at San Andres Sports Complex. SCFI fully supports our dearest patients in attaining quality healthcare for their conditions. We are thankful for this opportunity to bond with our Psoriasis Club members, participate in the fun walk, and watch various performances. Thank you to our consultants for continuously guiding us in providing holistic quality care for our patients. Together, we will continue to advocate for their rights towards access for all!

Whole day Hands-on Workshop in VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics

On August 24, 2023, SCFI residents underwent a whole day hands-on workshop in VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics. Thank you so much Dr. Neil Oropeza, Dr. Cherie Calisin, and Dr. Vermén Verallo-Rowell for teaching us a lot in an incredibly productive and high-yield workshop on TCA cross and the CO2 version of TCA, Acne scar filling using HA, Tumiscent technique for local anesthesia of the face, Nerve blocking of the face, and Subcision of acne scars. We are also truly grateful for imparting your knowledge on exosomes, V-Beam, General management of acne scars with procedures for healing, PRP, Isotretinoin as an alternative regimen, Filler techniques, and Toxin injection. We are excited for many more fantastic learning opportunities and workshops in the future!

Rejuran Workshop

On August 18, 2023, SCFI residents attended the Rejuran Workshop by Dr. Sandy Tan. Thank you for teaching us high-yield information and practical applications about this innovative product. Thank you SCFI for this opportunity to enhance our knowledge on aesthetic care!

Sclerotherapy workshop

On June 23, 2023, SCFI residents and new PDS diplomates participated in a Sclerotherapy Lecture with Hands-on workshop by Dra. Desiree Bautista and Dra. Bernadette Villaflor. The residents and diplomates appreciated all the high yield tips and learnings on this interesting procedure! We are truly grateful for your kindness knowledge on this topic and we had an enjoyable learning experience!
