The Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. (SCFI) is one of the eleven residency training institutions accredited by the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). It is the second residency training program to be approved by the PDS. The PDS, in turn, is the only specialty society for Dermatology accredited by the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP).

Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 07:09PM The Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. (SCFI) has officially sealed its partnership with Victoriano Luna Medical Center (VLMC) with a momentous event held at the Victoriano Luna Medical Center conference hall.
On May 10, 2023, SCFI, represented by Chairman, Dr. Vermén Verallo-Rowell, had its Official Acceptance and Memorandum of Agreement Signing with VLMC, represented by the VLMC Chief, Col. Joanna Dalaguit. As we aspire to improve our Dermatology training, we are grateful for this great partnership that has led us to serve more patients. The SCFI consultants and residents are honored to be able to serve our modern heroes. We are looking forward to a fruitful partnership with VLMC over the coming years!
Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 10:58AM On April 20, 2023, SCFI residents attended a Hair Mesotherapy hands-on workshop. Platelet Rich Plasma and Regenera procedures were performed under the guidance of Dra. Julieta Peralta-Arambulo and Dra.Mariel Arambulo-Cordero. We are grateful and appreciative of your passion in teaching and guiding us in this very interesting topic!

Friday, March 31, 2023 at 12:15PM On March 29, 2023, SCFI residents attended the QMMC Dermatology Patch Test Workshop. Residents learned more about the state of contact dermatitis in the country, and were guided with proper techniques to administer patch tests. A hands-on workshop was also done to practice what was learned. Thank you to QMMC Dermatology and SCFI for this opportunity to further improve our dermatologic skills!
