The Skin and Cancer Foundation, Inc. (SCFI) is one of the eleven residency training institutions accredited by the Philippine Dermatological Society (PDS). It is the second residency training program to be approved by the PDS. The PDS, in turn, is the only specialty society for Dermatology accredited by the Philippine Medical Association (PMA) and the Philippine College of Physicians (PCP).

Through this workshop, we were able to enrich our knowledge to provide better care for our patients ☺️

SCFI fully supports our dearest patients in attaining quality healthcare for their conditions. We are thankful for this opportunity to bond with our Psoriasis Club members, participate in the fun walk, and watch various performances. Sunday, August 27, 2023 at 07:42PM On August 24, 2023, SCFI residents underwent a whole day hands-on workshop in VMV Skin Research Centre + Clinics. Thank you so much Dr. Neil Oropeza, Dr. Cherie Calisin, and Dr. Vermén Verallo-Rowell for teaching us a lot in an incredibly productive and high-yield workshop on TCA cross and the CO2 version of TCA, Acne scar filling using HA, Tumiscent technique for local anesthesia of the face, Nerve blocking of the face, and Subcision of acne scars. We are also truly grateful for imparting your knowledge on exosomes, V-Beam, General management of acne scars with procedures for healing, PRP, Isotretinoin as an alternative regimen, Filler techniques, and Toxin injection. We are excited for many more fantastic learning opportunities and workshops in the future!
