Thank you so much, Dra. Mina Maniquis, for generously sharing your time and expertise with us in today’s sclerotherapy workshop. We truly learned a lot—not just the important knowledge, but also the practical techniques in managing chronic venous insufficiency and varicose veins. We are especially grateful for the opportunity to practice sclerotherapy hands-on. 🙏

We hope to bring what we’ve learned back to our government hospital, so that our patients can also benefit from this valuable treatment. Thank you again for inspiring and guiding us, Dra! 💙

Philippine Genome Center Visit

We are very grateful for our dearest mentors, Dr. Verallo-Rowell, Dr. Sanchez, and Dr. Sison for giving us the opportunity to visit the Philippine Genome Center. Seeing groundbreaking research firsthand was both inspiring and motivating, and has truly opened our eyes to the limitless possibilities in the field. This experience has sparked a new level of curiosity for us. We're deeply grateful for your guidance and for creating opportunities that push us to think bigger and bolder. Celebrating World Skin Health Day with SKIN AND CANCER FOUNDATION, INC. at VLMC OPD! 🌍

In honor of World Skin Health Day, our SCFI dermatology residents and consultants hosted a lively and interactive lay forum right here at the VLMC Outpatient Department. From simple skincare tips to recognizing common skin conditions and raising awareness about skin cancer, the day was packed with practical knowledge and inspiring conversations.

Our participants lit up the event with their curiosity, insightful questions, and eagerness to learn — making it a true celebration of community and skin health. Special thanks to Dr. Verallo-Rowell for generously sharing her expertise and answering our patients’ questions with warmth and clarity.
